Has anyone else had trouble getting in contact with customer service on this site? I am trying to get certified and nobody has gotten back to me. Even after creating a trouble ticket as well.

You will need to logout and login to see the changes applied to your account.

Ok so I clicked on the certification link on the left. I do see I'm now certified. However, it says I'm not certified on the bottom part on the right. So that part confuses me.

Have you logged out (not just closed your browser, but actually logged out of the site) then logged back in?
