I'd have a look on naturist directory to find clubs in you local area (or within reach at least) and go from there?

Joining British Naturism gets you a card which gives easier access to clubs and swims in the UK and internationally, plus naturist holidays and events. My local clubs are in the west - Western Sunfolk (Monmouth) and Wyvern Swim and Sun Club (Ledbury). Both very friendly and will allow you to ease into naturism. All three organisations have websites.
