Stubble v's full beard?

I have stubble rather than an actual full beard, hope I can still be in the group. What do other guys think; stubble or full beard - which is better?

Thanks for your vote of confidence! I use clippers, like a barber, to keep the hair in trim - face and head.

My beard length changes throughout the year. This time of year I keep it trimmed to about an inch to an inch and a half. Mid summer I will let it grow until I have a length of about six inches or so around Christmas.

I'd love to see more pics of guys with stubble or beards - close ups preferably.

I'm a full beard person but I occasionally trim it at no5 to keep it in order.

I feel that a thick stubble, and any length beyond clean shaven would qualify for the group. I'm partial to a full beard, and in the process of growing one. ....I'm liking it very much! I doubt that I will ever completely shave again!

It's up to each individual I guess. For myself since I have had a beard since I was 16 my vote is for a beard. I grew my beard while away from home one summer. I also had long hair as was the trend back in1969. The ultimatum I received upon returning home was cut your hair or lose the beard. I chose to go to a barber to have my hair trimmed a little shorter and that was the end of that problem.
Over the years I have had a very long full beard and bright red as well. But 30 years ago when I got into health care it wasdefinitely not looked kindlyupon so I took to trimming it and that solved that problem. I'm looking forward to retirement at the end of this year when I'll be able once more to have a full long beard.
