RE: Strange but YummyDeep fried chicken livers!!! That is my favorite comfort food. It is hard to find a restaurant that will cook them right without over cooking them.

I grew up on a ranch, and I agree they are great.
A place I used to work at would hav soul food for lunch occassionally. I would blow people's mind because I would get chitterlings (hog intestine sliced into rings and fried)

... I saw the bizarre foods guy, Andrew Zimmern, in Philadelphia (I mean I saw him on TV, not personally). He found a place that sold chocolate covered raw onions.
He tried it.
And told us all, never, never, NEVER try it.
