Looking for Nudist places in Singapore
Having visited the place number of times, so far nothing has come up. There is probably on the island some potential for social and recreational nudity in regard to population, both among expats as well as locals (with locals rather marginal but nevertheless, nudie life anyway marginal almost anywhere). The problems are following:
Venues: Knowing official policies in the island state, who would rent any facility for nude people? Who would take financial risk in organising an event without knowing how many people possibly might attend. In public like beaches etc, as authorities' approval would be almost impossible to obtain, there is not much chance to get official clearance and without it cops are most probably going to arrest anyone showing up in less clothes than usual swimwear.
People: How to reach most of the potential nudies without attracting all the potential pervs? Usually nude activities start pretty grassroot level, they either kick off slower or faster or suffer a more or less gradual death. In a place like Singapore where social nudity has been practiced last hundreds of years ago, there are not too many traditions.
So it would require at least a few dedicated activists who would establish some forum to gather potentially interested people at the Straits, then think out some event where it could be done. Hint: though Malaysia is very restrictive about nudity, there are places which void enough of people that nudity possible without authorities' interference - and it is close to SG. Indonesia is close, too, but there outside the nearby island resort infrastructure too undeveloped in quiet places. In Malaysia there are least is something.
So far myself only nude moment in SIngapore was with a lady friend a quickish dip and swim on Sentosa island when there was a moment no Asian-looking people were around to see. In Malaysia much easier to find secluded spots for outdoor nudity, but necessity to be alert all times is a bit of a nuisance.

As a resident of singapore for 45 years, my answer is : "Very Sad. No place for nudist at all". Singapore is open to everything except Nudism. I love & enjoy nudism since young in 20s, but all restricted to home nudist. Only very occasionally, we got together for dinner in the home of some kind hearted nudist. For the objective of some memory of my nudist adventure here, I go to secluded spot of jungle and seashore for some photo shoot. Home nudist is the only venue in Singapore.
Singapore is a strict country... that is the reason. I took some self nude photos near the Reservoir last year when less people were there.... most of the time I would go to Desaru beach during week days when less people would be there. It's so difficult to find secluded places which are safe. We need to ensure our safety too because of the recent crime in Malaysia.
