I dislike all lining and cut them completely out. They are often made with inferior nylon which is incredibly uncomfortable. Free balling is the way!

I'm with you, as I go commando a lot, since I love have my penis and balls swinging freely. That stated, I am a retired physician and I can do it as I am in my own element and home most of the time now. If I go to church etc., I do wear undies.
