I love most of the Disney "Renaissance era" (1989-1999) animated films, with their Broadway and Academy Award-quality scores and songs, strongly-drawn characters, and classic themes of good vs evil and love over adversity. Appearing at the perfect time to enjoy with our kids, I couldn't count how many times we sang along with Alladin, or Hercules, or Ariel and Sebastian from The Little Mermaid.
There isn't a Disney movie or a Disney character I do not love, but without any doubt, these are my all-time favorites:
