RE: For beginners..........

The best advice I ahve your you and jsut get books and videos on how to do the yoga poses and jsut do them in the comfor of your home and jsut do it naked. Ther is a naked yoga website that you can buy videos but why wast your money just go to your local libray and see if they have book and videos on it and just do it. That is if you are self disciplined enough to do it by your self. Basicly you do not need an special nude yoga instructions just do the yoga poses without clothes.

Thanks for the replies and the links.
But,
I like tofind a reply which says "step no. 1 you should ..... and step no. 2 is ....."
To make it easy, you can answer the following:
(Q1) Where can I do it?
(Q2) Is there any preparations should I do before beginning?
(Q3) What pose should I do as a beginner?
(Q4) What is the best pose?
(Q5) How long does the exercise take?
(Q6) What is the best time of the day to do it?
(Q7) How do I finish my exercise?

RE: For beginners..........

There are some big questions there and would need more than can be said here. Really yoga is yoga and you could refer to any book or DVD that has people wearing clothes and do the excersises naked. You are probably best doing them at home. Like any excersize, its best to warm up first but yoga is a slow movement form so its not quite so important I guess. As for when to do it, whenever it suits you best but probably not good just after a meal.
Best of luck with your efforts
