Other than the finest hairs my ass is completely hairless so I'd give myself a 1 [where 0 is totally hair free].

I'm also completely hair free between my ass cheeks, crotch, and pubic area including my cock and balls. I had everything permanently removed many years ago, so I don't really ever remember anything else, and I simply love not having to shave.

Of course this isn't everyone's preference and I've actually met a few blokes who simply don't like the smooth look at all whereas I really dislike seeing hairy bodies including backsides.
