Site Issues with No Response
Does anyone know a better way than the "Contact Us" page to contact the owners about an issue? I paid for the upgrade and I am not able to access any of the features. It's been over a month now and I have submitted multiple tickets via the "Contact Us" page. Thanks!
I'd suggest sending teamtrue1 and teamtrue2 a direct message. If that fails to get a response, post your issue in the General Discussion forum. That's a high traffic, high visibility forum that should prompt a response. But try a DM first. Good luck!
My browsers automatically clear everything when I close them. When I logged back in just now it was fixed again but for how long I don't know. Interesting how when I posted in a group that all of the sudden something gets done about it.

Closing out the browser is not enough. You need to actually log off the site. TN uses a persistent logon. The server keeps you logged in until 1) you log off or 2) the server gets rebooted. Any updates to your account will not take place until you logoff and logon.

I have written to them in several occasions to report issues but I have never gotten a reply, I gues they are quite busy.
They rarely reply. The issue just eventually gets resolved if they deem it an "issue". Over the years, I have reported dozens of bugs and issues. Only once did TT2 reply back to me for more information (After one of their "upgrades", media was not accessible. They had inadvertently not given users read access to the media files).

I have also done the same, many users in different forums are saying the same. Thanks for trying as well, Its ashame when we have gone to efforts to get certified &/or paid a full membership fee. I do wonder if the actual "report a bug" really works, there maybe a glitch with that as well? I cant see how though. (certified & lifetime member).
