Stretching at home
I've been following the MANS stretching routines for over a year now. Nude when I can. I don't get through all the stretches everyday, but try to rotate through them as time allows during the week. It has made a great improvement in my flexibility and my body doesn't snap for no reason like it had.

Just joined and interested in what others are doing to stay limber and active. Took up golf ten years ago and main focus is core work. Finally reached single digit handicap and going in right direction. Nude in backyard daily and all over tan while doing long stretches.
Getting older and losing flexibility ... and gaining some weight, having a little fats in some body parts lols. It's high time to do daily stretching (perhaps some strengthening) exercises to maintain healthy bones and joints. After all, Health is wealth.
