New to group

I've never heard of active stretching, but I'm interested. Always been a fan of yoga, so this looks good to me. I'm ready to learn more

Active stretching works the muscle as well as stretching it. Passive stretching is a release and just a stretch therefore not building strenght or size.
It takes about 20 seconds for a muscle to release into a full stretch as it first sees it as a response to a comand to do something
