Nude is Therapeutic
Not only is it cool to be naked - it is also therapeutic - I find consistently that I am less prone to stress when I am naked. And whenever I am stressed up - as soon as I remove my clothes to spend time naked the stress level goes down instantly and I feel better ...
I kind of wonder about that also ?
Yes I became naked as soon as I could after getting home from work. So satisfying to just take those dirty clothes off and feel those shorts hit the floor.
But I wonder if not wearing underwear helped during the day. Luckily for me I was a gardener at the Japanese Garden here in Phoenix. But being there was an amazing experience every day. There really was no stress till the last 6 months of working there.
I cant imagine the stress other people have with dealing with a real job. But it always makes you think of nothing else after taking your first steps away from your closest free !
I agree..we should be naked more often...when I am home alone , I am nude. .love being nude...I am introducing nudity to a freind n he is beyond relief how it's therapeutic wd are gym buddies and he enjoy being naked around others n himself he had a bad high school experience.. now he can stay in shower stall forever...lol I think men need need to find places to be nude...
I can only agree. Being naked at home is relaxing, even when you come home stressed from work. When you take off your clothes, the stress falls away with each piece, and you relax. It's also an advantage if you work from home.
And what is underwear?
Have you ever heard the word "socks" or "stockings"?
For the last few years before retirement, I wore a kilt because shorts weren't allowed. (Classic Scottish, of course.)
As much as I love to be nude - particularly outdoors, if it is cold outside, forget it! This past Saturday, I drove out from Dallas to Bluebonnet nudist resort. I had my doubts as I got nearer, since it was actually getting 'chilly'/cloudy - particularly 15 minutes south of the resort. When I arrived, the wind died down and the sun came out. I took it as a sign that it would be okay. Boy was I wrong!! Not long after I checked in and got comfortable on a lounge chair by the not-in-service pool, did the clouds roll on in and occlude the sun. While there were some sunbreaks here and there, it overall turned cloudy/cold:( Thank goodness for the hot tub and the company of the nice woman who I took to this resort with me. She was a totally good sport about it - likely has something to do with her English upbringing: i.e. the weather in the UK sucks most of the year - just like it does at Seattle/PNW. So anyhow, nudity for me is only therapeutic when I can be comfortably nude - as in summer or winter in the Caribbean. Cheers!
