Nude is Therapeutic

Not only is it cool to be naked - it is also therapeutic - I find consistently that I am less prone to stress when I am naked. And whenever I am stressed up - as soon as I remove my clothes to spend time naked the stress level goes down instantly and I feel better ...

I am retired now but I also found getting nude after work was a great stress release for me as well

Same for me.
However, it is also incremental.
The less I wear, the better I feel, even if I can't be nude.

I live in a non nudist home so being able to undress keeps me in the bedroom for now. I agree it's a great feeling after a long day of work to get rid of the clothing restrictions and feel free.

I kind of wonder about that also ?
Yes I became naked as soon as I could after getting home from work. So satisfying to just take those dirty clothes off and feel those shorts hit the floor.

But I wonder if not wearing underwear helped during the day. Luckily for me I was a gardener at the Japanese Garden here in Phoenix. But being there was an amazing experience every day. There really was no stress till the last 6 months of working there.

I cant imagine the stress other people have with dealing with a real job. But it always makes you think of nothing else after taking your first steps away from your closest free !

I know that when I retired and got rid of all of my underwear and undershirts it was a great feeling of freedom and comfort.

I can only agree. Being naked at home is relaxing, even when you come home stressed from work. When you take off your clothes, the stress falls away with each piece, and you relax. It's also an advantage if you work from home.
And what is underwear?
Have you ever heard the word "socks" or "stockings"?

For the last few years before retirement, I wore a kilt because shorts weren't allowed. (Classic Scottish, of course.)

I totally agree with what you say there, I'm the same.

It is incremental and in different ways too. The more time I am nude the more time I want to be nude
