Sleep study
I have never experienced a sleep study but have always heard that some kind of pajamas are required to be worn. To me that seems to be detrimental to truly studying a person's sleep habits. A person in need of a sleep study does not need something imposed on them that would hamper or be different than their normal night's sleep. Anyone had any experience with a sleep study?
I have a sleep study coming up. Not sure what to do as I've slept naked fo 40 years in a cool bedroom. Wearing pjs in a warm hospital I'm libal to sweat and toss all night. Not sure if I should ask the attendant about it or just slip out of my pjs after the lights go out. Not worried about being seen nude except for the attendant sake or hospital protocol dont want to get in trouble. I need ideas here too, feeling a little anxious about it

Do you think you would find just a pair of lightweight shorts to be disruptive.
That's what I wear when I am sharing a room with someone other than my wife.
Not ideal, but acceptable for me.
It's simple:- if the sleep study requires PJ's just say that will disrupt the sleep making the study results invalid.
that is my thought. Any scientific experiment the people conducting it try to control the variables. if they want a true reflection on how well someone sleeps then imposing any clothing on someone who has slept only nude for years or decades seems totally counter productive.
