NAKEDLY PRACTICAL ADVICE
This is a thread we should all contribute to, for the benefit of those new to our lifestyle, and people who have been complaining about problems since before clothes were invented!
I will be posting advice here from time to time, and I urge all nudists with good advice(home remedies, things to try) to do the same. My one rule is: Your advice MUST, in one way or more, DEAL WITH NUDISM/NATURISM!
I eagerly anticipate what will be posted here.
Bare-Belly
For the past two days, I have been suffering with a debilitating sinus infection. Iwasflat on my backmost of Monday after going out to shovel snow off the walks(both my housemates helped). My largely liquid diet, medication,and plenty of sleep were a great help, but once they went to bed, I went to my own remedy:
I stripped off my sweaty, germyclothesas soon as I could and ducked into the hottest shower I could tolerate. The steam and heat opened my nasal passages and basically melted the mucus clogging my head. As a bonus, I credit the steamy torrentspounding on my back and chest with keeping the dreaded dripfrom invading my throat.Not that I was done when the hot water ran out! I walked in circles in the dark rooms to dry my body, and when I felt it was safe, stood in front of an open window to take freezing cold air into my system, and if any sweat had pulled bacteria out through my skin, the cold killed it within seconds.
I could not leave the window open, but after a day of sweating on the couch and feeling a fever build in my head, I left my clothes somewhere in the dark and laid naked in my bed until I was cold enough to need my heavy cover. When I woke, my throat was still clear, my congestion had diminished, and my fever had completely vanished! I am still blowing my nose and taking pills, but after this evening, I will do it again, and my infection should be eliminated. Fortunately, my housemates are still unaware.
So keep this in your head if you are ever again feeling sick: Feed a cold, STRIP A FEVER!
