The COVID 10 lbs / 5 kg.
After being closed for three months, my gym finally reopened. I was afraid I'd feel like a platypus with influenza in getting back, but have been managing my first few workouts. okay What to do about the ten pounds I've gained during social isolation? Can I get used to stretching again with pants on, much less a mask? I'm slowly restarting with light or no weights. So far it feels like that bluetooth-like connection between my muscles and the weights isn't always happening, but the slow and steady approach seems to be my best course of action. Just curious about others experiences and insight.
I have lost a few pounds since Covid started. Walk and bike outside and do body weight and band exercises in the basement. Always shirtless since May. Usually nude in the basement. My gym has reopened but I have not been back. Mostly because of Covid concerns but also not anxious to exercise dressed.
Part of the reason for the weight loss is less restaurant food and more home cooking.
I have lost 10lbs! (flab not muscle) since swapping from the commercial gym to a basic home gym. Yes, I am not able to train so heavy but I do more reps and rest less between sets so my training has become more intense and being able to train naked adds a 'feel good' motivating factor that further intensifies my workouts. I love it.
My gym closed too ! Now its open but I still dont go there. I wait for this mess to be over before. I workout on my own from home now! I like it because I can be workout naked but I miss CrossFit, my CrossFit friends and the advise from the coach.
Without the advise and lack of machine I lost muscle conditions but it could have been worst . :-/
Durante el confinamiento es lo que yo he llevado fatal, que llegue a pesar 88 kg, tenia sobrepeso, a dia de hoy he perdido 10 kg, ahora peso 78 Kg, el verano ha influido mucho que siempre pierdo muchos kilogramos con facilidad que siempre me quedaba en 71 o 72 Kg, este ao ha sido una excepcion con esfuerzo y fuerza de voluntad conseguire ese reto y quedarme en 71 o 72 Kg, que es mas o menos como yo me sentia y me veia muy bien y tambien en acorde con mi estatura que 178 Cm. , el proceso es lento pero lo voy a conseguir y cuando pueda apuntarme al gimnasio.

At many Cross Fit locations, men are allowed to work out shirtless. Is yours one of them?
If so, you can work out there wearing less than men are allowed to wear at most other gyms.
