Fitness goals spurred by the pandemic

So being in lockdown really made me focus more on self care. I guess thats one good thing to come of all this. I started diligently running again, which sadly I cannot do nude, but wouldnt that be awesome?!

When I get home I do strip down mostly because Im all sweaty but also for the freedom of movement and do some additional exercises and stretches. I have also started following a few yoga workouts for men on YouTube. The instructor is clothed of course but it is nice to be able to do the workout nude.

Id be open to any tips and tricks from anyone on exercises that work best, as Im just piecing things together from what I find on the Internet, etc.

Do you run shirtless?
If not, doing so would help the sweat evaporate and leave you one less thing to strip off when you get home.
