I too would have to go for Peter Capaldi & Jenna Coleman. Shame the stories haven't been so good in the last couple of series - I have high hopes for Chris Chibnall!

David Tennant is my favorite, Tom Baker my second, but did like the whole naked bit with Matt Smith, have to go to church naked I think was the concept.

My favorite classic doctor is Tom Baker. 2nd favorite is Sylvester McCoy. My favorite modern doctor is Matt Smith. At scifi conventions, I have cosplayed as all three of them but the one that I get the most picture requests is when I play the 7th doctor as played by McCoy.
