Still working out nude in the basementBought some more equipment so I can get a better workout.What additional equipment did you get

Can do rowing, flies, pulldown, leg lifts, chest press, curls, and triceps.

Only problem is that at my age and weight. I see more of excess fat giggling than muscles working!
