How much nudity is allowed on Facebook and instagram?

How much nudity is allowed on Facebook and instagram?I want to post about nudism on Facebook and Instagram with one of my nude pic (genital censored). I want to censor my genital as much less as possible but enough to avoid any ban from FB and IG. Does anyone know for sure how much is allowed? Can you suggest some pics to give an idea?

None allow any visible nudity. Female nipples need to be blurred/covered. I have a friend that does semi-professional photography, including nudes, and when he post to instagram, he puts stars or snowflakes over the nipples and crotches. Even then, they sometimes get flagged and removed.

On Tumblr, you can get away with just about anything except actual sex, and there are some posters who have figured out how to get around the bots even on that.

You can post full nude artwork on Face book like drawings or body paint, i am classically trained in life drawing and posted nude images for years and never had issues, iv also known models with images of themselves alone or in groups as part of art photos who posted uncensored on FB. I think the main thing is if people complain about it or if it depicts an indecent act. Here is north America nude art has been socially acceptable forever weather mit be drawings/paintings/sculptures etc, but for, some reason casual nudity generally isnt, a weird double standard.

Nudity is allowed within private groups but the body must be positioned so that female nipples and genital areas of both sexes are not visible, either by only showing the back view or by using water or an obstruction such as a vase of flowers.
