Unfortunately in most men an erection is a semaphore that he is sexually excited. And we are supposed to separate nudity and sexual excitement. I guess the Mods have to draw the line somewhere. I feel for Dazhar's misfortune in getting unintended erections when naked even though he's been a nudist for 40 years. I have the opposite problem - often I can't get erect even when sexually excited.
I'm still chuckling at your use of the word semaphore.
.......And WHY would he WANT to shut it down....he has the power to ban pics or users WITHOUT shutting the site down....I've seen plenty of good websites get shut down because the users were out of control and wouldn't allow it to be what the webmaster wanted it to be. If this degenerates into just one more nudist-in-name-only softcore-porn cesspool, I can very well see TT1 getting fed up with the project and shutting it down.
There was a website called Skinbook that was written up in Time magazine. My wife told me I should check it out. It was a great site. The owner ended up shutting it down because of that same issue. If you want to post pics of your erection go to True Swingers. Don't ruin it for the rest of us!
I like your analogy Lee, and there probably are a lot of guys out there that would want to have that issue and not have to take a pill. It takes me back to my younger days and the embarrassing walk to the chalk board with a tent just because April smiled at me or just about any other thing would cause an erection. But that was when nudity equaled sex. I think that if nudity was the norm, then I would not have had that kind of reaction.
The rules state no erection pictures. I would think that you could find or just take pictures when you are not erect and post that one knowing that erections are not allowed.
Can't believe that has been posted. Without some moral policing this site would be a much worse place! Some here would abuse that extra freedom to do as they like - not really nudists are they? Just naked!
This perspective seems on point and is relevant to the current state of the site and nudism online in general.
I suppose it depends on the context that the picture has been taken. They don't bother me at all. But I can understand that on a naturist site if there is a picture with a guy siting face on to camera, legs spread and sporting a boner he is being blatant and is unacceptable. But say a guy lying in the sun enjoying the warmth and relaxed who is hard is just the way nature made the body to react. Personally I wish mine would react a bit more readily. Now where did I put those blue pills?

Back in high school it happened all the time to me, usually when we had to switch classes. I learned to pull it straight up almost under my belt and walk with a book in front. I'm sure you and I weren't the only ones.
But when at the nude beach or resort if it happens just cover up or turn over until it goes away. I have never had that problem yet. Probably because I am so at ease when there.
That reminds me of when our office did an army assault course race for charity. The ladies must have noticed how well endowed on male contestant was and teased him with sexy comments afterwards. It must have had an effect. When we went to stand up and go he had to remain seated.
