Keeping it simple today; beef stew with mashed potatoes :-))What time's dinner!!? One of my favorite all time meals... beef stew and mashed potatoes! ;-))In about 30 minutes dinner will be served so you have to hurry :-DD :-));DDD, thanks for the invitation but I suspect if I left as soon as possible, I'd probably not make tomorrow night's dinner! ;-)

This evening: Spaghetti bolognese :-))That sounds delish! I'm kinda partial to thicker pasta; linguine, rigatoni, shells... Di prefers spaghetti or angle hair pasta. She prefers a pesto sauce but I love bolognese!

We vary what kind of paste we use. Mostly depends on what kind of sauce.

What I also love about spaghetti bolognese is that it is very easy to make :-))

Beanie Weenies. Was fast and easy to make.Just heat em up and enjoy! Not very sophisticated but what the hey! I used Vegetarian Baked Beans and a Vege hot dog.

Tonight's cuisine: Baked breaded chicken breast, roast vegetables, boiled small potatoes, with fresh fruit and meditation for dessert. I would have attached a photo but I as hungry and wasn't thinking about it at the time. ;)
