Beatles... although I really, really like many of the Stones songs. I think early one, I leaned more toward the Beatles because I could understand the lyrics. It was harder than heck to understand what the hell Mick Jagger was saying! ;DDDD

Beatles, hands down. The Stones are great and I'm greatful they're still around. But the Beatles opened the doors (actually kicked the USA doors in) for not only the Stones but so many other great groups from all over the place. And, basically, changed the world.

When young it was the beatles. They had so many hit songs it's amazing. As far as party music it's the stones hands down. Had an 8 track tape of the stones in my Rambler and played Midnight rambler all the time. If anyone has seen the stones in concert, Mick is incredible.

The Rolling Stones. I do also love The Beatles, but The Stones were one of the first bands my parents (especially my father) learned me to appreciate because of all the 45rpm singles they had of them.
