Contacting site admins
Can this be done?
I have an issue with my payment, and I need to get it resolved.
I have already opened a trouble ticket, but a week later it remains unread.
I have tried emailing support several times, but no response.
I have even called the contact phone number, but get sent to voicemail every time.

Try contacting CCBill.com directly - they're the payment processor, and I've had a good experience with them; they do real-time chat thru their website. Get your info together and give it a try.

I'm having the same issue. Paid, issued a ticket when my account didn't reflect the payment and sent an email to support. So far no response. Did you get anywhere?

I've sent 3 tickets about a simple technical matter that has nothing to do with billing, but never gotten a response. I don't think that there is any there there..
