Wheres everyone at??!
My downfall is sweets! I love sweet stuff! But yeah, I know what you mean, I need more Cardio in my life. Im post menopausal and exercise is important so I dont get osteoporosis. But I like exercising anyway. Sometimes for me its just finding time. I work 12 hr nights (not every night) and my days off I can be lazy.
I quit smoking 3 1/2 years ago and my biggest fear was getting fat!!! Most people that quit replace the habit with eating and gain at least 50 lbs if not more. Because of my fear I really watched what I ate. I stopped buying all the snacks to put in the pantry and let me tell ya, I MISS MY LITTLE DEBBIES!!!!!!!!! I did gain about 10.lbs but I can live with that. I can't diet. I have to not eat at all except for supper, dinner, which ever you call it. I don't eat anything during the day and drink only water, I might cheat every now and then but thats on a rare occasion, I do eat a good supper tho. Doing that doesn't make me really lose weight but it stops me from gaining any. My wife says I should at least eat some fruit or something but I tell her, if I eat ANYTHING it makes me want to eat something else so it's best if I eat nothing. Lol! I take my multivitamins too and then some. I definitely like the fresh fruit. I love fish!!! I could live off of fish and corn on the cob!!!!
I have to eat too, i start feeling a bit sick. Thats while fasting while I sleep, of course, doesnt bother me.
