Every time while at the gym my sons and i always strip nude, before heading to the shower always go nude to the urinal , then the sauna , then our sweaty hairy asses head over to the shower, i have taught them no wraping towels around our waist , all of us in there have dicks , no need to hide them
I am glad you brought your sons up to be bare arsed at the urinal I have done the same on my own (no kids) love dropping them at one place in particuar and even total nudity at same place a car park toilet in countryside lots of lorry drivers mmmmmmmm.
I always get fully undressed at the locked, walk naked to the shower and urinal. If I need to comb my hair, shave or anything else at the sink, I stay naked. I went to a gym once that this was the normal, more guys did this than didn't. Once I got into the experience, I have kept doing at other gyms too.
Korean spas are wonderful! I too strip at the locker and enjoy as much of the facility as I can bare ass naked. When I had my gym membership i did the same thing in the locker room. After working out I would strip naked and walk to the shower. A lot of guys did that. Maybe it was just the time of day I went but there certainly wasn't any shyness lol
Wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments expressed here re locker room nudity. At the gym I always sling my towel over my shoulder and walk nude to the showers, and if shaving at the sink or using the urinal, I make sure I'm nude as well. I feel as though it makes a statement, especially to the younger guys who seemed obsessed to prevent anyone seeing their dick. I'm over 70, so I'm sure they regard this as "weird old guy behavior."

Hey, that's awesome that you have that relationship with your sons. My dad installed the same values in me since I was a small boy. I love group male nudity. How old are your sons now? How old were they when you had them start stripping down with you?
I also taught my adopted son that locker rooms are for being nude. No changing in the stalls, no wrapping towels. Everyone in there has a penis and hiding it is rude and insulting to the others. It took a while for him to get over his body shame issues but I know the locker room helped a lot.
