I have a couple pairs and I used to run exclusively in them for about a year. It takes a while to get used to them because you run differently due to less padding underfoot. Makes it feel like running barefoot. So if you try them, start with short distances and work yourself up. You will feel it in your calves because they are exercised differently than in regular running shoes. I now use Nike Free shoes now.
