Paid Account Not Working

I upgraded to a paid account, but the features for the paid account are still not active. Not having much luck finding tech support, either. Any site admin able to help?
It takes time for the upgrade to be processed. You will also need to log out (not just close your browser, but actually log out) and then log back in for the new permissions to be added to your account.
