33 Bucks (back door)

We have a solution to the day pass dilemma! Or at least it's an idea, that'll do until a better idea comes along. (Sort of a True Nudist special)

First, It'll be 33 bucks for a day, up to 4 days. and if they want to stay longer than 4 days they'll have to buy a regular membership.

Second, It will only be available to the people on TN, TS, perhaps FetLife, and probably the Naturist Society, and AANR. (aanr put us on their website, sort of a long story that I don't want to go into right now). And the pass will not be posted on the website. It'll be sort of a backdoor for people already in those groups. In "the know" so to speak.

Third, perhaps the best part, the first visit can be when a member is present, the member can collect the 33 bucks, take half for himself/herself. (or as close to half as whole dollars will allow). Put the rest of the money in the drop box. Have the visitor, sign the liability waiver and rule acknowledgement...

The next time the visitor returns, they can pay $10 per day in the Dropbox, or give half to a member if they need to get let in.

By doing this, we've created a bar to entry, and since it's not posted on the website, the state would have no causation to believe the Club is "open to the general public".... If we were to give a day pass to anybody, the state could use that as a wedge, and allege, it's a "resort" that is "open to the public", and operating without a license for "Camp Grounds" and "Swimming Pools" . (and they would probably tack on lying to the sheriff, for good measure).

By setting it up only available to those "in the know" we can continue to enjoy the regulatory exemption of operating as a "Private Club".......
