I found links to information from 2016 on charges but nothing on judgment (innocence or guilt) or sentencing. The charges were pretty damning. It's rare in such cases, but innocent until found guilty in a court of law. I remember years back Pete Townshend (The Who) was investigated after an apparently one-time internet site visit and was not convicted, so you never know.
