Group Integrity

As members of the Nude Photography & Graphics Group, we should be taking a leadership role in the display of good photography. We should be setting the standard for good nude photography. Unfortunately, we have some profile pics right here in the group which do not meet that standard and which are in violation of site guidelines."
As artists, we demand more artistic freedom than most. However, it requires a highly skilled and artistic photographer to create a photo of a subject with legs spread wide with undo emphasis on the genitals that is not in poor taste. I do not see that skill level in some of the profile pictures exhibited, here.I urge members to read the site photo guidelines found here in group and replace photos which ae not in compliance. The profile pictures displayed reflect upon the integrity of the group.
We all have photos or graphics worthy of display. Please post them now as other group members have done.

I agree. In addition there are some very well-done artistic torso shots in your forum, but they draw dumb comments from voyeur types.

I think that the key word here must be "emphasis". A photo in which the genitals appear as an incidental part of a larger composition is far different from one taken for the express purpose of displaying those parts. Often, it requires little more than a quick glance to determine the intent.

Art: The really striking thing I see in this photo is the use of light-somehow you got both the light from the window and a reflection of light from the left side-very nice.
