Second time Maintenance Guy caught me naked
The first time maintenance caught me naked it was because it was unclear when he was stopping by to fix the showers. So I decided to figured out how to fix it myself and when I did I contacted the landlord. The landlord was consistent that he still look at it because majority of the tenants was complain about the shower heads so I just might need a new one.
The landlord still didn't have an idea when he is coming so I was fuck it. He ended up walking in when I was in the shower but he didn't care when i apologized a week later.
The second time today, I reported the landlord that no one will be there at 1:00 today so he can check our heat filter. I came back home around 2:30 and AGAIN he hasn't checked the heat filter. Since the first time of the uncertain of his entrance I just strip naked and start separating my laundry from whites and colors and that when he arrived. I grabbed a robe but I didn't have the tie to tie the front so again he saw me naked.
He didn't care again but i made sure to cover my ass that I thought he would come earlier but he disregard the comment and i proceeded my task. So I don't know if i should talk to him directly about me being naked in my own apartment or there is a subtle understanding that its okay for me to be naked without terminating my lease.
What would you do in this situation?

If he comes in at the wrong time without knocking, no need to be covered.
If anything your landlord has a problem of not respecting your privacy by giving you advance notice and knocking. If you were a woman and the maintance guy a man, it would be grounds for a lawsuit. If you're both dudes and don't really care about it, I'd keep it a non issue. You are likely to get more things fixed quickly with that attitude.
I would bet that you are not the first tenant that has maintenance come while you are nude nor will you be the last. i know that I would have no problem being the maintenance man in this situation and I would not have a problem being the nude tenant. If you have doubts, talk to him.
