Getting back on track

Hey group. Aussie guy here . Wondering how everyone is going wither the current situation with gyms open one minute - lockdowns and then closed

It can be tough trying to workout from hone .

Pretty fortunate here in Australia disruptions have been long but life seems to be getting a little normal again.

Any guys want to chat gym and fitness stuff happy to chat .

As much as I loved my gym, I've had to become more self sufficient. I managed to get a bare minimum of equipment and have just been working out at home. I really miss the gym friends and the gym environment that I had (pre-pandemic), but all of that is gone now. All good, I've learned how to keep motivated outside of the gym and actually enjoy the freedom of working out naked.

Excellent you have adapted to working out at home mate .
If you have a good setup all the better - and a bonus to workout naked !

I am probably going to add a bench, some dumbbells, a better bike and TV to make my workouts more complete and enjoyable.

Got a multi position exercise setup and alternate between it and the body resistance exercises. Exercise nude in the basement almost every day,
