unfortunately not many of our twxtile friends use the the wipes. i've read somewhere of a study on movie theater seats and how much feces was found. could not be seen with the naked eye,but is there

no i have to re-think the hole going to the movie thing....

going to blockbuster.... and please! don't tell me whats i can fined on the DVD..... lol

If people do not wash their hands before handling those DVDs, you might find the same things that are found on movie theater seats. Maybe not in the same quantity, but still...that is why it is good to wash your hands often.

I think you lot have been watching FAR too many episodes of Mr Monk!
Germs were on the chairs, on the door handles, and on the carpet, yesterday, and the day before and even last year! There are MORE germs on your chopping board, than there is on your toilet seat! GET OVER IT! ... of course we need to wash our hands frequently and practise good hygiene. BUT, don't get paranoid! It is also a FACT! ... that kids of today, have a WEAKER immune system than we did, because there mums go round disinfecting everything in sight! ......... Grrrrrrrrrrr

Ahhhhhhh! ........

Oooooooo! ..... I feel better now!

As usual, you make sense, and are of course, right.
Probably the most unhealthy thing we do, ( those of us that do ) is use the hot tub. Now, that's THE ideal environment for breeding and sharing some of the most dangerous and deadly germs anywhere. Too many people get a little too carried away over details. For me, my imune system is strong enough I'm not at all worried or concerned about picking something up from a plastic beach chair. More getting burnt from the hot plastic sitting in the sun. And I KNOW my hygenic practices are NOT going to leave anything there, either. Still, some things only take ONCE, so it's cheap insurance to just always sit on something that is mine.
Upholstered furniture is another story. Again, it only takes ONCE for most anything to happen, and become non-recoverable. Towels are easily disposed of and replaced, if necessary, and FAR easier to launder than an upholstered couch. At home, that's enough for me.
By always using a towel at any nudist resort or function, one shows that one does care enough about oneself, and others, consideration for others and oneself, by merely observing established rules of etiquite. That alone is a good enough reason for me.
By NOT using a towel, one shows one of two things. One is that one is SO new, as to be their first visit anywhere, having done zero background research, as someone will surely fill them in VERY quickly. Two, is a total lack of consideration for etiquite, accepted practice, and concern for others. An incredibly self-centered and uncaring core personality. A label I'd never wish to wear under any circumstances.

I don't know who Mr. Monks is, but I never place my bare ass on my chopping board.
Very glad to hear it Tom, don't start! ... It's DANGEROUS!

Mr Monk is a character (An eccentric, loveable and extremely clever private detective) in an American TV series, who helps the police solve murders, but he is totally paranoid about touching anything.

Nice to see you back on the boards Tom.

Finding lots of guys on my wavelength,
But what I really need,

Have you got a sister?

Yes, but the older has been taken for years, and the younger just found a guy about 3 or 4 months ago, and neither is nudist. ( to the best of my knowledge ) (( "older" "younger" being relative. both over 50, but still younger than I. ))
