I try to do my nude driving in such a way as to not get noticed, by not staying level with other vehicles' cabins and shielding with the door, depending on the height of the other vehicle. If they're on my passenger side and a little higher, that is probably more open than the driver's side (and the other vehicle may have no one sitting on its passenger side). Buses with tinted windows are perhaps the worst as they are high enough to see from either side and you don't know where the eyeballs may be!
I find most people aren't looking when on the move and that's the same as me. I only look at others when I'm nude to judge where they're looking as I pass. The almost always never look or seem focused on the traffic, not me in the driver's seat. Otherwise, I'm almost never looking at other drivers, so expect them to mostly be the same.
Traffic lights get a similar approach, except if I'm there before the adjacent lane fills, I'll stop further back than usual and hope an adjacent vehicle stops without lining up. If they're there first, I get the choice to stop where I like.
If pedestrians are around then I'll try to pick the best lane to avoid eyeballs.
I do tend to drive with the windows down as the glorious airflow around me is my favourite part. The feeling of direct sunlight is also nice.
Yet to try in a convertible as I don't have one, that would both draw more attention and make one easier to see. May have to try it, at least once, though!
