Clothing-Optional Beach

I was naked at home all the time, but never outside in public. I was a member of a men's athletic club and was nude there quite a bit.

Took my boys camping and we had planned to the beach as an excursion. Drove over to the beach and realized that our swimsuits were back at the campground. I didn't want to drive all the way back to the campground, get the suits, and then drive all the way to the beach again. Found a AAA office, went in, and found out where the nearest "nude beach" was located. At that point, I had ever heard the term "clothing-optional." So, got directions and when to the beach. Stripped nude and had a great time. It was so extremely liberating to be nude outside in public and have it be ok. My boys left their underpants on.

I have only been to textile beaches a couple of times since then. What's the point of being at the beach if you have to keep your clothing on.
