Any locals in the area offering nude-friendly airbnb?

Traveling to Ft. Lauderdale for work next month and would love to stay with nudists if any host an airbnb space or something similar. I find it hard to find nude-friendly places on airbnb but i know they are out there. Also looking for nudist friends in the area to hang out with. The wife and I love florida and try to visit at least once a year.
