Certified, but not Certified,,,,

Does anyone else have the situation where you have been Certified, but it doesn't actually reflect as such? I have contacted the website twice, I have submitted a 'bug' trouble ticket, but haven't heard anything as to how to fix it, what I need to do, or if it even matters to the website.

Have you tried logging out and back in? Worked for me when I wasn't being recognized as a paid member.

Your profile shows certified. As minimalist75 said, you may just need to log completely out and then back in.
