Barker Ranch trailer for rent.

Tracy's trailer is for rent, it's available to any real nudist.

It's the 10 acre property that's about a mile from the main club and we've decided to call it the Barker Ranch. (Long story).

This property is more level with better Highway access, so we'll also use it for larger RV parking.

There's already another couple that set up on the property in their RV, they've parked it on the hill above Tracy's old trailer. So there's still plenty of room for an RV on the clearing below the trailer.

The trailer that's for rent is an older fifth wheel 35 ft RV, with in-ground cistern, solar panels, on demand water heater, and a regular size shower and toilet. It rents for 550 per month plus deposit, plus you have to pay what's in the propane tank when you move in. (It's the large RV tank for a trailer house, it's about 50% full, so that's about 100 gallons, so approximately 170 bucks).

If you want to see it buy a membership and go look at it.

Until (or if ever) it gets rented, we'll use it as a Barker Ranch Clubhouse, it'll be a convenient place for Members to stay for the weekend or short-term stays.

If you ever wanted to live at a nude Recreation Area and drink coffee naked on your porch this is the is the opportunity...... You can see the highway from the porch, but it's far enough away to allow comfortable nudity.
