A little late to reply, sorry. There's a naturist group (sanibel naturists) that you can find online. They are a non-landed club (no clubhouse) but do have a beach up where you speak of. Contact them and join the club if you want to go there, as it's private property, so you can't just pull up your boat and walk up to their property (as far as I know). I wouldn't, anyway. I'd contact them and join, then go with them as a group, which they do by boats, so I think it's exactly what you're looking for. Too far for me, even when I'm down there. Maybe some day. Our boat got wrecked, so it would have to be rebuilt before I could join anyway.
