Yes, human bodies are beautiful and mens' erections are natural. Have you ever noticed how if one person yawns, others will follow? Erections are like that - a reaction to sensory input and nothing to be ashamed of. How men respond to them - whether hiding them in shame of fondling themselves - is a behavior. Reactions shouldn't be confused with behavior.
As far as semi erections, they beg the ancient half full/empty water glass question: half-erect or half-flaccid? As I get older, I find semis agreeable in their affirmation that life is overall arousing, but with a few gung-ho exceptions, it's good to stay semi chill/flaccid, and it's all good.
