It's great that you enjoyed your first visit. I am hoping to get back soon but am not sure when. i also recommend the food and/or smoothies.
I didn't try the food as I'm on a diet (need to drop a few pounds) but I have heard the food is good. Thanks for the comment

There are coed naked rooms there? I've only been one and it was a few years ago. Would love someone to go with.
No. The coed rooms require you to be dressed in what they call a 'uniform' (shorts and a T shirt. In the mens locker room, nudity is required. They have the steam room, sauna and several pools. The locer room is male only and female only.
