What a relief to discover this group. Like many I have coped with negative body image. As the years have gone by my body has changed in many ways. Parts have gone missing and other parts have become too prominent. The overall effect disappointed me, no end. However the last few years I have gone out of my way to be photographed during nudist activities. I have now gain a whole new respect for myself. I am who I am and I am striving to be the best I can be. Every line and divot has a story and I am now ok with sharing. Here is to the uniqueness of each of us.
Welcome to this wonderful group! It is the best group I have joined on TN. There is a spirit in the topics and conversations that is thoughtful and very positive. They affirm me as a nudist and a human. Even when there are different views , I find interactions to be respectful. You are in the right place.
