Gunnison Beach Trip

Trying to plan a trip to Gunnison Beach this summer. Wondering if anyone has recommendations for reasonable lodging in that area. Also, if anyone has a spare room or sofa they'd like to share, or rent, please let me know.

Best bet for reasonably price hotels would be in the Eatontown-Tinton Fall area. About 15 miles away, but a slow drive.

We just spent 2 days at Gunnison. We stayed at the Quality Inn in Middletown. The price was 145 for one night. The room was recently remodeled to the 21st century. It isn't a low end dive. It is about 15 minutes from the beach and you avoid the backups in Long Branch and Sea Bright. Waze will get you there!
