Bimix and Trimix are injected directly into the penis. They tend to be more effective than oral medications because they do not vary depending on stomach contents. Injections can be done with a regular needle or there are some devises that will pop the needle through, like a lancet for pricking your finger. The effects were strong and profound. Only concern I had was in avoiding all of the blood vessels and possibility of building scar tissue at the injection sites.
