For your information there are two main categories of problem:
1. You may not be able to completely enjoy your sexual partner(s) owing to the pain or discomfort which you cause.
2. You will find that it limits your choice of clothing - especially underwear and swimwear.
Adding to the list of already mentioned problems attached to swinging a large bit of lumber:
3: Jogging naked can actually hurt the appendage by the constant back and forth, flinging motion (there's no good male-equivalent joke to the often made one about a large-bosomed lady poking her own eye out ).
4: People sometimes think it is becoming erect when it is in fact quite the opposite. This one has never been brought to my attention, personally.
5: The 'Something About Mary' syndrome - that dangling participle can at certain times become entangled in activities for which it is not built.
6: Some dog breeds seem a little too curious the further down it hangs - yes, you know who you are.
7: Yucky splash-back from the urinal some short-staffed jokester installed way too high on the wall (excuse me attendant - where's the men's room bidet?).
8: The unpleasantly cold sensation received when pissing from a short footbridge into a creek during the winter. Cockhead frostbite anyone?
