SKYPE Question

Has something changed with SKYPE ?
I logged into my account yesterday and all of my saved contacts and groups are gone. I have no idea as to why.
The SKYPE support chat provided no assistance. Has this happened to anyone else?
Does anyone know if a recovery of the saved contacts and groups is possible? SKYPE ID: chris.allen6611
