Certification Problems
Hi all was wondering if anyone can help me.
When trying to get certified, it seems I'm always rejected due to No ID presented.
I'm not sure exactly what it means by this. I've submitted a photo of my certification sheet and as well me holding certification sheet.
Is there a difference between certification sheet and id?
