I never wear underwear anymore. I found it's healthier to let just my body breathe with as little clothing on as possible. Unfortunately, we can't all be nude all the time in this imperfect world but going without underwear is the next best thing for both men and women whenever practical.

Haven't seen any posts from you for a while.
Welcome back.

I stopped wearing underwear when I was in my twenties, on doctor's orders. I had a rash in my crotch that wouldn't respond to any of the topical medications, so my doc said to ditch the tighty-whities. Cured the itch right away.
Now the only time I wear underwear is when I'm going in for my annual check-up, because the prostate exam gets a bit gooey.
Went full commando when I retired and moved to Arizona. I barely even wear long pants anymore. I once enjoyed wearing a kilt (commando of course).
Utilikilt is made in USA. Very good product. I think many men would enjoy the freedom. I still 3 in my drawer. Unfortunately, my waist is bigger these days.

Did you get rid of your underwear and most of your long pants?
I have talked to a few men in South Florida who claim to have no long pants.
If I lived in South Florida or Arizona, I would probably only keep 2 pair of long pants.
I'm commando practically all the time, but do own some underwear and sometimes wear them on the odd occasion I have to wear suit trousers, as I find these can be a bit too revealing without! But normally, if I can't be nude, I just pull on a pair of joggers and do whatever needs doing. Socks I do wear, as my feet can get very cold without them!

Shortly after I retired, I got rid of all my suits. I do have a blazer which I can wear with dress casual pants when necessary.
Never freeballed under suits when I had them.
Recently designed (had the pattern idea in my head for a couple of years) and made a skirt. Since I don't own underwear, I'm always command -- even under my skirt. Have to be careful to sit more "demurely" than I'm used to doing.
Was a little hesitant to wear it out in public the first time. Not certain what sort of reaction I'd get because of it. I live in SW Missouri where everything is sinful. I got called a freak a week or so ago at the grocery store because I wasn't wearing shoes. So, far, I've gotten a few double-takes and that's it. No one has said anything.
What do you think of it?
