It's nothing that can show the benefit of nudism than a picture of a happy couple being nude together. You feel the closeness between the couples on the photos. The women are more beautiful with their friends and husbands with them. The deep connection of some men to their wifes is particularly visible. The photos remembers me the time I was nude with my wife together.
